Here Fishy, Fishy (OPEN)

The ivory and pastel colored yearling had made her way to the beautiful falls. The sun was just beginning to peak over the horizon and painted the sky with warm colors. The arctic wolf lifted her head to see the very top of the falls. The white water fell from a cliff to it's watery grave below which held a pool of various depths. The pool had a slow moving river heading away from the falls. The grass was beautiful and several rainbows could be seen in and around the falls. Most of the scaley creatures who swam these waters were away from the falls in the slow moving river or almost motionless pools that sometimes split from the river to form little or giant ponds. The tail of the yearling waved a bit due to excitement she was in the mood for some fish. Then after a long fishing and dinning feast she could rest and then entertain herself. She hoped that the cave, behind the falls, would have glow worms, at least in a part of it. The glowing blue stuff that thickened the ground, was often poo. Her multi-colored eyes spotted the perfect pool, it was a little far from the falls, but that didn't matter. Focusing on her target she slowly stepped into the pool, she was hoping to catch a fish swimming by. All of her blue stockings sort of matched the water but not exact. The water was much of a clear transparent not really a color type of water, so she guessed the fish were indeed suspicious and confused about the blue paws. All four planted themselves firmly and she made sure that she was in a position that would not cast a shadow onto the surface of the water were her victims swam to. Letting a few pass underneath her, she wasn't in any elbow deep water, a few even stopped to nibble a sample of her fur. When her target got into her attacking position she quickly launched her open jaws at it. The fish soon found its self trapped between her pearly whites, the tail of the creature soon slapped the yearling and made her mouth slide creating a escape plan. The fish soon dropped from her mouth and went on its way bragging about how he slapped a wolf. The yearling, Marshmallow, growled with fustration and attacked the fish closest to the shore. Quickly she pushed and bit at the fish, once it was half way on the shore she quickly bit into the slippery fish and retreated from the water and dropping the slippery thing once more. Destined to have breakfast she bit the back of its head soon it stopped moving but before then she began digging into the fish. She successfully skinned the fish first, finding its skin quite delicious she then began to strip the fish of it's delicious red meat. Salmon, was indeed, on of her favorite things to eat.

Gibbous was inside the cave of the Waterfall enjoying some peace and quite. There were no glow worms, which she had found odd, but she didn't think too much about it. The cave was beautiful where it was close to the sunlight, but back farther it was dark where the sunlight couldn't quite reach the corners of the cave. Gibbous made sure to stay away from the darkest parts. She didn't know why. . . but she wanted to stay clear of the back walls of the cave. She had no idea how large or small the cave was since she hadn't ever dare venture that far into its depths.
