Who's Afraid of the Big, Bad Wolf? (Open)
Sirius
Addressed: ; "Speech" ; 'Thoughts'
Wandering the edge of the heart's territory put the tall, lanky wolf on edge. She toyed with the idea that some unsuspecting weakling would find themselves too close to the border at just the wrong time, but by her luck of late, it would most likely be a group of weaklings. She could take on one with ease, two or three though became somewhat more of a challenge, and if it was as bad as four on one, she'd need back up to make it out without a few scars. Her lips curled back and she snarled lightly at the idea of losing to those nasty do-gooders. Only the idea of their dead bodies strewn across their lands made her relax, she enjoyed that picture. Surely the taste of their blood would be sweeter then the tender caribou calves of spring. She brushed against a tree, making the border clear and telling all who passed that she was the owner of this land, the Queen, and she was healthy and ready to kill any who trespassed.

The female was patrolling her borders in case some wolf decided to trespass. She was rubbing against tree's, shrubs, rocks. She left her scent heavy on the air on everything. She had to make sure no Night River passed. Getting angry at the thought of the alpha of the Night River pack, she rubbed to hard against a tree. Pulling back, she saw the little chips that had gotten in her fur. Growling, she set off, further along her territory. She stopped when she smelt it. Realization dawned on her when she smelt Night River. Growling, she went to see who the runt was that was so close to her borders.

Sirius's ear flicked at the sound of an approaching creature, she spun around quickly, her tail instinctively arching over her back as her whole posture became very dominant. Any trace of expression was wiped from her face and her frozen eyes looked for the intruder. The breeze gently shifted directions and carried her a scent she scorned, her mind writhed with displeasure and her body became prepared for an attack. Her husky, deep voice reached out into the brush and between the trees, loud enough for the other fae to hear it.
Alphess Rain, what are you doing in a place like this? You shouldn't be dirtying your paws with such menial labor, I mean we are such good friends, shouldn't my patrols be enough for the both of us?
Her voice was full mockery, every word dripping with malice for this wolf who would soon be within lunging distance. If the milk drinker got too close, she might get to go home with a fine new scar to show her pack of whelps.

Rain stopped and snarled. Gee, Sirius! I never thought of that. Then why would you be here?! She said, her voice sounding the metal on a chalkboard. Instantly getting to the point. Get away from my land. She said, her body tense, fur raised, hackles raised. She was ready for a fight. And she would give it everything she had. She had heard of how this female fought, yet she wasn't scared. She was sure that she would be able to hold her own in a fight with her. She lowered her head and growled.

A low growl echoed across the trees as a darken figure with bright optics walked ever so slow that it gave the appearance as if she was stalking her prey. Shard soon exited the darkness and into the light. Her muzzle and tiny bits of her pelt was covered in dried blood, from when she was hunting. A faint scent rolled into her nose as she continued her walk but as it grew she continued to follow it picking up her pace. In the distance she saw Sirius and then turned her cranium to spot Rain."Great, I have to peacemaker again, when will these to figure out that Settling an argument is best in a battlefield." she mumbled.
Stepping out of the shadows, and walked up with a nod of her head to her Alphess before standing straight,"Alphess Sirius what are you don't out here?" she turned her head to the the Corazon Alphess."Nice to see you again, Rain. her voice gave out a strong and a bit of a rough tone. Her claws dip into the earth before retracting them. Shard's tail flicked and her gold and green optics search each fae with a careful glance.

Marshmallow had become bored of having no one to talk to so she stood to her paws. Her ivory and multi-colored head lowered. Her nostrils flared breathing in deeply to try and find Rain's unique scent. Her ivory and blue paws carried her forward, she had to look for the scent, circling around trees, rocks, and plants had finally got her locked onto the scent. Soon the trail brings her closer to the Night River Border. This put her a bit on edge, she had never seen a Night Rivetr wolf but had heard awful stories about them. Her yellow and pink auds stretched and listened for any sound of intruders. Her fur ruffled a bit when she stopped in her tracks and saw Rain and a Night River wolf. However her posture gave away a lot of information, she was not just any wolf, she was the alpha of the Night River wolves. Marshmallow was still in the cover of the forest however her scent would reach them soon. She didn't know what to do so she creeped forward and watched the two, their voices seemed to echo to her auds. Perhaps she could help Rain if the other fae decided to attack. Soon another female entered the scene and Marshmallow quickly walked closer toward Rain, she stopped when she was near the Alpha's hip. "Sorry I came I just wanted to make sure you were alright" She said evenly as she lowered her head and dipped a respectful greeting to each wolf there.

Rain watched as another wolf padded in. This one happened to be Shard, the one wolf she liked most well better, than the others. Acknowledging the female voice with a slight nod, she kept ger eyes on the alpha in front of her. Everyone knew the females views on female alpha's. What a hypocrite! She let out a low growl thinking about it.
When she smelt an all to familiar scent at her hip and hearing the familiar voice she barked. Marsh it to dangerous for you to be here, I'm fine, I can take care of this. Go back to the woods and wait for me. If I don't come back then get the others. She said, but sge knew the female by her side wouldn't leave here there with two Night river wolves near her.

Re: Who's Afraid of the Big, Bad Wolf? (Open)
Nielle loped to the border hearing the two night river wolves approach. Coming to a stop at her alpha's side she glared at the gray female her pale blue eyes gleamed with hate. She knew well how badly this could end she had seen it before except she had been on the other side of this feud. "Not leaving don't even ask." she mumbled her cold gaze never leaving the Night River wolves.

"Great! Now we can have a fun time..." her sarcastic voice echoed as she flicked her ears when two more wolves arrived. In need of sidekicks a good way to show your weaknesses Shard thought while she looked to the opposite side. The Beta's tongue ran along her fangs, being to become bored of the situation. Her head tilted and a small smirk creeped upon her lips as she looked towards one of the other faes."Well it's your lucky day, I'm not moving either darling do I guessing we have to get comfortable hmm?"

Marshmallow''s auds perked at the sound of Rain's voice. She wouldn't speak backk but she didn't move a paw. She looked to her other side to see another female apart of the pack. Her stare was threatening and the other wolves seemed like they couldn't get the hint and ignored it like it was a joke. She flattened her auds a bit annoyed, the other. corazon female seemed a bit rude to her saying that she would never leave. Although she guessed the female didn't mean what she picked up, it also made Rain look like she couldn't control her pack. Marshmallow hoped that a. fight wouldn't break out.

Sirius

Rather suddenly, Sirius was surrounded by wolves, more then half her enemy. She glanced to her side and saw Shard, she was mildly pleased by the wolf's timing. She had some problems with her attitude at times, but never so bad that she needed to be put her in her place. Besides, she was strong and handled herself well, that was what Sirius could ever need in a Beta, she could handle everything else.
Soon this will all be my land, whelp.
She spoke in low tone, her eyes boring into Rain's verdant ones. It seemed like they were at a stand off, three on two were good enough odds when one of the trio look like a sparkle wolf and pretty young. Taking a look at the other wolf, she recognized her.
Nielle, you really do look better on that side of the line. I don't know why I let you last so long in the Night River pack.
She held her head high and shifted her hard gaze to Nielle before taking her stare back to the one who really mattered, the Alphess. If an attack was coming, she would be the one to signal it.

Rain growled. Over my dead body! She spat. She kept her eyes on the female, even as she spoke so rudely to Nielle. Leave my pack out of this. This is between you and me Sirius! Not you and Nielle. She said with a growl. The female's eyes followed every movement of the wolves near her. Since Nielle had been of Night River, she knew that the female could fight. Night taught them young and it was bred in them. As it was in Corazon. She would take on the female in front of her if it led to it. She was sure of it.

Marshmallow blinked slowly at the other alphess's remark. Her head then turned to her adoptive mother. Seeing her get angry Marshmallow now walked closer toward the other alphess. If she attacked then she could very well protect herself. "You will never get this land. As for Nielle, she. chose light and you chose the darkess. Just remember that good always concers evil. Marshmallow said in a neutral and even. tone. After all she didn't want to upset the trouble maker before her. She held her ground getting ready for a remark or the female to attack. Her fur was smooth and relaxed and her posture comfortable and easy.

Anoki had been watching the scene from the sidelines, specifically in the thicker part of the forest where he couldn’t be seen as clearly as he could. His dark fur was giving it the illusion that it was just a dark spot but up close he could be seen. His bright amber eyes closely watched the Alpha on the opposing side of the border with narrowed eyes. He never trusted Night River, nor did his Alpha. They were in a long going battle that probably wasn’t going to stop soon. His eyes transferred to where his pack members and Rain stood, he saw his Alpha’s discomfort and, since it was his job, Anoki rose from the bushes and stepped forward a few paces. He was there to guard Rain, not to fight her battles for her so he wasn’t going to get too close. He just wanted to be close enough for her to know he was there. a small growl rumbled from her chest as the fae called "Marsh" stepped foward."Watch it missy, move any close and you might make me lose my so called patience and start something that will not be butterflies and rainbows." Shard eyes look to a newer wolf who had joined the chaos, soon she flicked her eyes to her Alphess she hoped that she had a plan since this her mess and shard was sure not going to help as to her it's every wolf for him or herself. Moving away she stepped to the side and sat onto her haunches and observed, Seeing wait will happen next.

They all sound like bickering pups... how senseless.
Tiberius was merely enjoying the whispers of the forest on this beautiful day. He was having such a good time, but then high pitched whining from a certain two somebody intruded upon his meditation. He had no trainees to deal with at the moment, so the large wolf decided to follow the sounds and ultimately put an end to whatever was going on-- using whatever method he saw fit, have it be peaceful or violent. He stepped out of the shadows, coming face to face with his pack mates, as well as wolves from the weaker and forgiving packs. Ah, the softies again, he thought.
Tiberius was not all too interested in pack rivalries. Good and evil didn't really exist to him. As an Elementor, he was sort of excluded from normal pack decisions and pack ruling. He was sometimes annoyed by his inability to interfere with things. Night River had a habit of irrationally barging into battle, or not organizing things properly. Still, Tiberius would always prefer Night River over the others. The Corazon was not a pack. No, packs were strict and used for survival. The Corazon was group of weaklings who thought their ideals were superior above all others. They are weak because they don't accept reality or truth.
The brute sat off to the side, giving each wolf a stare of "Really? Look at your life. Look at your choices." (xD) Observing the number of wolves, he spoke. "We could easily overtake these fools, my alphess. Instead of barking how about we show them our bite?"

Nielle's gaze burned with fury as Sirius stepped forward. When she finished the cream fae was burning in her own anger, she knew well how to fight it had been instilled in her mind since birth. A low threatening growl rose in her throat, she didn't even try to fight it she could rip her throat our right now it would be so easy. She listened as each of her packmates defended her to them choosing light was the right thing to do but Nielle wasn't so sure, she was bred to be a ruthless leader pushing that part of her away was no simple task. "Admit it Sirius I was bred to be alpha of your pack if I hadn't left you would be under my control and I'm a far better leader than you could ever be!" she growled finally giving into her nature, she wanted to fight. Seeing Tiberius step forward her cold gaze immediately latched onto the elmentor hearing his taunt "Bring it mutt!" she snarled.

Re: Who's Afraid of the Big, Bad Wolf? (Open)
Tundra had been raised as a good pup. Much like the weaklings he was watching confront his pack mates. Luckily, the male had avoided that fate. Life chose its own course of nature with him. Making him its deadly weapon. With a quick tongue and a sharp attitude, he daunted wolves. Made them fear him. Well, that's what he thought. The smaller ones did, like pups. But ones like Sirius were hard to daunt. Padding down the hill with an aura of confidence and menace, he walked to his pack. He glared at the puny wolves before him. Seeing Nielle he smiled. Oh dear, dear Nielle. Why the ones like these. Why leave when you could be strong like us? But you weren't as strong as us. He spoke harshly at the now hated wolf. She chose weakness over strength. Something that the pack would never forgive. Then, looking at the Alphess he said, Rain, dear. It's inevitable. Why don't you just give up now? He spoke slowly and cruelly, hate coloring ever word from his mouth. He then saw the rainbow colored wolf. She was young, so young. He was going to be the one that killed her. She was brave, he gave her credit for that. Going into Shard's face like that. He snarled a warning to her. Letting her know to never do that again. He turned to his alpha, not giving her the dip of a nod like the others. He had no respect for any wolf. A trait he had developed in his life on his own. Sirius? Why do you wait? why do you not attack these weaklings? He spoke. He watched her, his eyes darting this way and that. Watching every single wolf in the area. He would attack at any show of threat to him. When Nielle came forward he snarled, his body pushing himself to the border. Watch yourself mutt. I wont hesitate to rip your throat out. Ruthless i am. I'm sure you remember me deary? Most everyone here does? He spoke, snarling. His face was inches from hers, not moving over the border. His body was poised for attack. He would take the small mutt. Of that he was sure. |

The elementor sighed. They were throwing empty threats but no points were being made. It was like watching two siblings argue which one mother loved more... Why did I even come here? This was a waste of time. Feeling the stupid surround his very soul, Tiberius turned to leave, but suddenly a light but aggressive voice came to his ears. Tiberius sopped, turning his head to view a small cream colored she-wolf. She cast a cold gaze unto him. Clearly she was not being rational, as she said something very confusing. "Bring it mutt!" she growled.
The male flicked his ears. Bring it? Oh yes, he could bring it. He wasn't sure why such a small wolf would dare say that to him. She must have been like him in his younger days-- acting without thinking. Her temper must be lost very easily. Fortunately for her, Tiberius was much harder to anger. "I don't act without my leaders permission," he dryly stated.

Nielle's ice cold gaze was aflame with fury she felt as if she was burning in her own skin. Her focus shifted when Tundra stepped forward his taunts tearing the last bit of control she had slipping her back into the mindset of Night River. Anger radiated from her body if they wanted a fight they got it and it wouldn't be over at first bloodshed. Her muscles screamed for action as she stepped forward matching the white brute's stance her gaze bore into his it was a direct challenge. His face was just inched from hers as he spoke. "Of course I remember you now the real question is do you truly know me, you see its very simple I am twilight a perfect balance between day and night but with just a few simple pushes I can be brought into the dark. Now tell me Tundra do you really know me?" Her intent was clear she was trying to get under his skin make him writhe. A small smirk was playing on her lips her challenging gaze was unwavering. Tiberius said something about not acting without permission but his words made no sense to her, her only focus was the brute in front of her.

Licking her chops the fae saw the heat rising and rolled her eyes standing back up and walked forward,"This is just great, I'm always the one pulled into these situation." Shard mumbled, padding over to the group. She shook her as Tundra began to go on his rant."Tundra, I suggest you back up and wait for a command or you might face conqeunces from our Alphess." the fae's golden green eyes stared at the male her voice had a small snap in it. It due to the annoyance of the whole situation, done dealing with Tundra she turned to Sirius she spoke in a bland tone,"I think it would be best if you wait for the battlefield but if you wish, then I'm in your command."

He glared and watched as the female crossed. His face was inches from hers. Staring her dead on as she spoke. No. I don't. But how am i supposed to know someone who chooses weakness. You may have the darkness in you, Nielle, but you will never be like Night River. He knew she was trying to get out at him. But he possessed a daunting calmness over him. The female would not get under his skin. He would not allow it. He snapped at her, followed by a growl for a threat. He turned when Shard spoke. I am not afraid of the alphess. I do not care what punishment lies ahead for me. You forget how my life was Shard. It was more horrid than this pack. More horrid than Sirius herself. It will not affect me. I have no respect for a wolf. I will listen to Sirius, if i think that it benefits me, but other than that, I don't care. He spoke the words through a gravely tone. His optics flicked between his pack. The wolf that controlled elements. The beta. The alpha. The not so threatening female in front of him. He smiled at Nielle. Nielle. I do hope you know that you crossed our border. He said in a sickly tone. |

The male was glad that Nielle backed down from confronting him. There would have been blood contaminating the soil everywhere if she really wanted to fight. He observed the others carefully, listening to each wolf speak their petty minds about non-existent forces of good and evil. Since no wolf was threatening him, Tiberius was finally able to focus on how the scene played out. He was very disappointed when he overheard Tundra. Status and rules are important, he thought to himself. Even if Night River was aggressive, they still had to have laws and boundaries. Otherwise they would be nothing more than band of rouges. I'll have to teach him about respect later... I won't tolerate this wolf's behavior. Sirius will kill him if I don't change that attitude.

Anoki watched silently as Nielle started to overstep her bounds. The one time he opened his muzzle was to call out to her.“Nielle! Step back. Now.” His voice sounded like nothing more than a warning and if the female was smart, she’d listen to him. Anoki had taken a few more steps forward now, and was closer to where the female stood. “If you continue your actions we will have war on our hands. Do you really want that? Fight your personal battles later, Nielle.” He murmured to her. The male then turned his head towards his Alpha, “Rain, I think it would be best if we were to leave.” His pack members were getting worked up and if this were to continue there would be blood and Anoki didn’t want to see his pack get wounded. Re: Who's Afraid of the Big, Bad Wolf? (Open)
(Omgsh so much tension lol if my other character were here she would have started the fight when Sirius spoke the first time xP she's got a really bad temper xD lol seriously....)
Marshmallow snorted at the comment the beta had made. For her life was good and she felt sorry for those lost souls. Hearing the othet female on her side speak made Marshmallow uneasy, what if she betrayed her pack? That was one thing that Marshmallow couldn't ever forget or forgive. The ivory female stepped away from the border, she wasn't going,to start the battle and those barkers seemed even less scary. In fact they very well annoying all they did was snap and be rude. Tundra seemed like a wolf she wouldn't like on her side, Sirius's pack seemed out of control and she wasn't doing a very great job at leading. At least, in her opinion. She settled her rump near Anoki, he was the only wolf making sense. "I agree with Anoki, if we fight now it's pointless and only because of words. Let us save our strength for when the time comes for war. We all know it's coming and I won't cower in the shadows. I will protect my family with my life." She stated blankly.
